Spiritual Direction
The spiritual direction relationship is a Spirit-led ministry focused on your life as a journey of discovery and growth. In direction, I offer you a safe, welcoming space in which you can slow down, breathe, reflect on your story, and receive needed sustenance for your soul, so that you can continue on in your unfolding life with God.
With a deep commitment to integrity, intentionality, and accountability, I offer you companionship along the way. It would be an honor to walk beside you.
Spiritual Life Retreats
A Spiritual Life Retreat is an opportunity for reflection, rest, and renewal. Your retreat will be uniquely shaped according to your individual longing and your unfolding life with God. This is a shared venture, and I would love to companion you in discerning the focus and direction of your experience.
Great News! We have moved into our new home!!! What this means for you is that Janet and I are once again able to offer sacred space for retreatants. Our "Begin Again" cottage (where we lived as our home was being rebuilt) is now available for day retreats, overnight personal retreats, and short stay guided retreats.

Couples Together
When companioning couples, my deepest desire is to foster ongoing growth by building on strengths, deepening mutual understanding, and sharpening relationship skills.
I welcome all couples and utilize the excellent materials produced and provided by Prepare/Enrich, the leading relationship inventory and skill-building program used nationally and internationally. Spiritual Companioning is a relationship of sacred trust.
As your spiritual director, I believe that both this relationship and the space in which it is nurtured are sacred. Each is created and held as I listen to the Spirit and you with attentive stillness, while encouraging you to do the same. My role in this practice involves inviting you to awaken to Spirit’s sustaining presence in your story, carrying you faithfully to God in prayer, and assisting you in discerning and embracing abundant life in God’s love.
Flexible Hours. Sessions in-person
or via Zoom
Sliding fee structure of $70-100 per hour.
Monday: 9am-12pm
Tuesday - Friday: 9am-6pm
Saturday: Scheduled by request
